Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support overall financial planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits and tax filings.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s / ACCA / CA Inter preferred).
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, ERP).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

•  6month–1 year of relevant accounting experience (Fresh candidates with strong academic background may also apply).
