About the Project
The project, built with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, delivered a secure, scalable web-based system with Android/iOS apps for real-time engagement. It featured Chart of Accounts & Real Estate Accounting, Project & Plot Management, Client Management with FIFO-ledgers, and the Resident Facilitation Management System (RFMS). Additional modules included Dealer Commission Automation, Expense Tracking with reports, and Dashboards for KPIs & profitability, supported by SMS/WhatsApp alerts. The team also developed and maintained the DHA Multan & Rumanza Golf Community websites, a CV portal for DHA hiring, and GIS/media tools with Google Maps and Analytics. Moreover, outsourced development for the Villa Facilitation Center was overseen, and multiple real estate websites were launched for Prism Arcade, Hexa Realtors, ZN Associates, Al Rafay Group, and Royal Commercial Center.
